Preschool/Children: Childcare is provided at all services.
Well-trained volunteers are combined with paid nursery workers to
provide for the comfort and nurture of children from birth through
school age. Age-appropriate materials and activities are planned to
lead children to a saving faith and a loving relationship with their
Heavenly Father.
Youth Ministry: The goal of the youth ministry is to reach
young people with the Christian message and to engage them in
activities that will help them to experience the love of God. Each
meeting includes music, Bible Study, fellowship and fun.
Education: Small Group Bible Study is provided for all ages through the Capital Baptist Church Sunday School. Our staff and teachers emphasize God's love as they present sound, biblical teaching. Christian growth, fellowship and character development are the goals of the Sunday School Program.
Men's/Women's Ministries: The Capital Baptist Church calendar is
full of meaningful events and activities for both men and women. Our
desire is to help everyone experience God's love and mercy, and to
find a place of meaningful service in the Kingdom of God.
Missions: Capital Baptist Church supports the World Missions
Movement through the
Cooperative Program of the
Southern Baptist
Convention. Additionally, an increasing number of individuals in the
congregation are banding together to demonstrate God's love through
Missions action in both near and far-off places. The
International
Mission Board and the
North American Mission Board are the agencies
through which the church endeavors to minister at home and around
the world.
